Jennifer's Inspiration...

"Yes, I know there are A LOT of hearts in my paintings over the past years which I never would have guessed!  For a long time I really did not like anything with hearts because they seemed too cutesy and girly, but eventually I began to appreciate all that hearts can symbolize and I love how it's recognized universally so it great to be able to communicate messages through my art using hearts in different ways.  I paint from my heart and use all the different ups and downs our hearts go through for inspiration so I often enjoy finding a way to illustrate the 'state' of the heart literally in my paintings.  You'll also see a lot of hearts with wings which I use to represent the soul and spirit."
